WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE

As a Lead Plumbing Installer, you efficiently handle technical installs, customer interactions, and team leadership. You perform tank and tankless water heater installations, home repipes, and other residential fixture installs with confidence. While providing top-tier service, you also mentor apprentices and junior installers, offering guidance and feedback. You maintain clear communication with dispatch, transition smoothly between jobs, and ensure accurate paperwork. Whether diagnosing issues or explaining system options to customers, you are the reliable face of our install team.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A LEAD PLUMBING INSTALLER?

We're looking for someone who can thrive working Monday-Friday,

7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with the occasional Saturday, and brings the following to the table:

• Valid driver's license
• 3+ years of plumbing installation experience
• Intermediate experience with drain snaking
• Positive and motivational personality
• Enthusiastic and customer-service oriented
• Dependable, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Strong work ethic
• Willingness to invest in tools
• Ability to size gas lines, water lines, and drain lines
• Ability to explain installations to customers and answer questions
• Ability to invest time in training seminars and classes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
