Job Description:

The Dispatcher position is one of the most vital components of the business. As dispatcher you will be the first voice heard to our technician's and sales staff. You will be responsible for technician and sales staff movements throughout the day. Your primary job function will be to ensure that all scheduled calls get ran using the correct touch points.

Job Requirements:

• Must be a self-motived individual
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be solution oriented
• Outgoing and energetic is a must
• A desire to excel at position.
• Minimum high school or GED
• 1 year plumbing experience
• Customer service experience
• Computer literate - type 35 words per minute
